Martin, a qualified lawyer, teaches law at a tertiary college in Bern. He has travelled widely in Africa. In Malawi, he has initiated and realized different educational projects for 10 years. He founded »Bildungsprojekte Martin Schaer«, an educational charity, in 2006.

Henry grew up and lived in Blantyre with his family. He now lives in Salima as the director of Zipatso Academy. Henry has been cooperating on educational projects with »Bildungsprojekte Martin Schaer« for the last seven years.

Young Chimodzi The former coach of the Malawian National Team trains the teams from Blantyre and from Zipatso Academy during the winter camps in Salima.  ///  Dina Christ and Nicola Carpi are responsible for all graphic and conceptual work regarding the association and Zipatso Academy.  ///  Dominique Lämmli The Zurich artist and lecturer at Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK) prepares and monitors the art syllabus at Zipatso Academy.  /// Mbene Mwambene The Malawian actor and director stages plays with the Zipatso students. /// Tommy Neuenschwander As a student he planned the 2007 campus and has since accompanied the construction work on the new school buildings with his expert knowledge. He now works in a renowned architecture office in Basel.  ///  Sally Nyundo The Malawian Reggae musician gives lessons during the winter camps and records songs with Zipatso Academy students.  ///  Harry Sukulu He lives with his wife and his four children in Chemusa near Blantyre. Harry is a welder by profession and has been one or our football coaches for almost 10 years. In 2012, he took over the coordination of the football camp in Chemusa.
